I am truly an accidental cook and no one would've ever imagined that I'd be writing a food blog. I am surprised too.
My cooking history has been anything but spectacular. The first cake I baked was, well, thrown out the window by my cousin. My first ever spaghetti was fed to our pet dogs who enjoyed the gooey, meaty mess that was supposed to be a gourmet's delight; well no one died from dreaming.
But I love food; eating it more than cooking. I started really experimenting with all sorts of cooking only recently. And started to enjoy it immensely.
This blog is about my experience with cooking; my experiments, some classic recipes and hopefully a few whacky ones.
Also, I love dabbling in photography. What better way to practise it than clicking photos of food that I've cooked and also ingredients I use.
I believe that cooking should be simple and uncomplicated but should also rock your senses.
